Do We Offer AI-Based Products?

Yes. As part of our Services, we offer products and features powered by artificial intelligence, machine learning, and similar technologies (collectively, "AI Products").

We provide these AI Products through third-party AI Service Providers, including Anthropic. Your input, output, and personal information may be shared with and processed by these providers to enable your use of our AI features. You must not use our AI Products in any way that violates the terms or policies of any AI Service Provider.

Is Your Information Transferred Internationally?

Our servers are located in the United States. Regardless of your location, your information may be transferred to, stored by, and processed by us and our third-party providers in the United States and other countries.

If you are a resident of the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, please be aware that these countries may not have data protection laws as comprehensive as your own. However, we take all necessary measures to protect your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Notice and applicable law, including using the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses for international transfers where required. Our Standard Contractual Clauses can be provided upon request.

How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

We keep your personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements).

Retention limit: No purpose in this notice will require us to keep your personal information for longer than one (1) month past the termination of your account, unless required by law.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it. If deletion is not immediately possible (for example, because it is stored in backup archives), we will securely isolate your information from further processing until deletion is possible.

How Do We Keep Your Information Safe?

We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect your personal information. These include secure authentication via Supabase, encrypted payment processing via Stripe, and HTTPS encryption for all data in transit.

However, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. We cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security. Transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.

Do We Collect Information From Minors?

We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 13 years of age, nor do we knowingly sell such personal information.

By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 13 years old, or that you are the parent or guardian of a minor and consent to that minor's use of the Services. Users between 13 and 17 should have parental consent.

If we learn that personal information from users under 13 has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data. If you become aware of any data we may have collected from children under 13, please contact us at [email protected].

EEA, UK, Switzerland, and Canada

You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by contacting us. You will be removed from marketing lists, though we may still send service-related messages necessary for account administration.

Upon your request to terminate, we will deactivate or delete your account from our active databases, though we may retain some information for fraud prevention, legal compliance, or other legitimate purposes.

Controls for Do-Not-Track Features

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature you can activate to signal your preference not to have your browsing activities monitored. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals.

California law requires us to inform you of this. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.

If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia, you may have specific privacy rights under your state's laws.

California "Shine The Light" Law

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the immediately preceding calendar year. To make such a request, contact us using the details in Section 15.
